Description

This is another sake I got when I went for the sneak peak at Ma Sake, and the last sake before my trip to Japan.

This sake has a nice lemon color while pouring it in the glass. The aromas coming from the glass are typical Junmai: rice, lactic/cereal. Taking a sip, this sake has some dry notes, and quite a bit of umami. Still, I find it easy to drink. This sake also have typical junmai flavors: rice, yoghurt, grain.

I think this is a solid, well rounded sake, and at it's price point, at least worth a try. I will be getting another bottle when I return home.
