Description

This sake is also sold as Shichiken Silk. At least, on a lot of European websites I visit. This sake is one I have wanted to try for a while now. So, will this sake be as silky as it's name proclaims?

To be blunt, yes it is :) Light in color, this sake immediately makes it clear that this is a fruity sake, with aromas of apple, peach, strawberry and banana. Very light while in your mouth, you will not have any difficulty drinking a glass (or a couple of glasses) of this sake.

Easy to drink, clean and refreshing, I would suggest drinking this sake while eating a good meal. It will be a great palette cleaner, and of course a delicious addition to a great dinner.
