Description

When pouring it into my glass I notice this sake has quite a light color. Not translucent, but also not lemon-colored. Pretty fruity in the nose, with a slight hint of pepper.

Immediately you will notice flavors of pear and green apple when tasting this sake. I also noticed slight hints of peach when I allowed it to stay in my mouth. This sake has quite a light body, and even though the flavors dissappeared soon after swallowing, the mouthfeel of this sake stayed quite long. The German label called this sake 'Shichiken Velvet', and I agree with this labelling when it's in your mouth. I quite enjoyed the lingering effect in my mouth. A sake I would classify as 'easy to drink'.
