Nito Junmai Ginjo Omachi

I have to admit, I have a soft spot for Nito sake. This brand has everything that I like in sake: it's flavorful, bold and in your face. Last time while visiting Ma Sake I found a Nito I hadn't tried before, the Junmai Ginjo Omachi. So let's see how this one holds up.

In my wine glass, this sake has a nice lemony color. Strong in it's nose, it also resonates that in it's flavor. Strong flavors of apple, pear, pineapple and peach. This sake has quite a thick mouthfeel, as well as an almost spicy aftertaste.

I just simply love this sake, simple as that.
