Description

After the very genorous tasting at the Hachinohe brewery, it was very hard to pick out a sake at the store, but the bottle caught my eye. It is Autumn after all, and the Hiyaoroshi sake was not in the line up.

The first thought that popped into my head when I poured myself a glass was: fresh! The aroma's coming from my glass reminded me of green apple. And that freshness continued in the taste as well. Taking my first sip, it was almost like drinking soda. You can feel the alcohol, but the freshness overpowers it. With further flavours of citrus fruits, this one is very easy to keep drinking.

Overall, this sake is just amazing. It is dangerously easy to drink! Be careful and drink responsibly with this one!
