The Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo is probably one of my favorite sake I tried these past months. It wasn't a difficult decision getting this sake as well, so let's see how this one holds up to the Junmai Ginjo.
Taking a look at the glass, this sake has a lemony color. You will immediately notice this is a fruity sake, with aromas of tropical fruits: pineapple, peach, apricot, but also some apple and pear. Taking a sip, this sake has a very silky texture. A bit sweet, similar flavors to the aromas are present: very tropical. The finish is a bit short, but it does want to make you take another sip.
A fantasic sake to say the least. Very elegent and easy to drink, this is a sake everyone would like. Comparing it to the Junmai Ginjo, I personally would go for the Junmai Ginjo, because it's a little less elegant. But still, just try this one!
