Description

Time for a Kozaemon sake. Nakashima Shuzou is probably one of my favorite breweries in all of Japan. They make delicious sake and this Junmai Daiginjo is no exception!

The color of this sake is a nice lemon-color, and immediatly you notice this is a very fruity sake. The nose contains a lot of pear, pineapple and a bit of melon. The flavor profile is very similar: pear, pineapple, melon, apple and a bit of a flowery taste. This sake goes down very smooth, and after your first sip you just want more. The only critisicm I have isn't something to do with the quality. The price for a bottle (here in the Netherlands) can be quite high.

This sake is absolutely amazing. I don't think anyone will dislike this sake, and if you have the chance, try it!
