Kikumasamune Shiboritate Gin Sparkling

The regular Kikumasamune Shiboritate Gin is a sake that I always have on hand at home. It has a very good quality for what you pay for it. So it was not a very difficult choice to get the Sparkling version when I saw it.

This sake of course has many similars to the regular version. It's very easy to drink, has a nice and refreshing mouthfeel because of the carbonation, with flavors of rice, yoghurt and some small hints of melon and a bit of apple. At 11% it's alcohol content is a bit lower than the regular version, but that doesn't make it less tasty. You can easily serve this sake with many dishes, and just a good all round sake.
