Very dry but refrishing sake. Pouring it in the glass and taking a sniff, the aroma's aren't very pronounced, but it is clear that this is a Junmai style sake. Aroma's of rice, yoghurt and cream.
While taking a sip, I was pleasantly surprised that this sake is also quite elegant and easy to drink. No harsh flavors, but very silky almost. I also got a lot of rice flavors while tasting, a little it of toasted cereal. This sake has a short finish going down, but some flavors do tend to linger at the roof of your mouth, and feels a bit peppery.
I thoroughly enjoyed this sake. This sake would be great accompanied by some steak or yakitori. If you like dry sake, this one is definitely a recommandation.
