First thing that caught my eye was the very simplistic and modern design of the bottle. It really fits the vibe of their tasting area at their shop and cafe. This sake has a very nice lemony color, and a gentle nose. It's not pronounced, but it is clear that this is a fruity/floral style sake: pear, blossom and a bit of peach.
This sake also has a very gentle mouthfeel. It has a slight miniral quality, making parts of my mouth tingle. The same flavors that I identified in the nose, also appear inside your mouth: pear, peach but also melon. I also experienced a yoghurt-like flavor, but that could also be because my bottle was a bit aged. The flavors are quite subdued, and don't overwhelm your mouth.
Overall,I had a very pleasant experience drinking this sake. It's very easy to drink, and I could serve this to anyone. I would pair this with a nice cheese, or something salty so that it can bring out the fruity flavors a bit more.
