While visiting the Chitosetsuru sake museum in Sapporo this bottle caught my eye. Mostly because of the lack of information, and since I don't often buy nigori sake, I wanted to give it a try.
This bottle needs a good shake before pouring it into the glass. Taking a sip, this sake is simple yet effective. This sake has a lot of rice and milk flavours, and the texture of this sake is not too thin, but also not too thick. It's quite sweet, and has a bit of umami as well.
This is overall a solid sake, something you can serve to anyone. Nothing too fancy, but that does not have to be so all the time.
