Born 55 Junmai

Recommended to me by the wine shop Marius in The Hague, and I have to say, this one is an absolute banger!

Yes, this sake has a polishing rate of 55%, but it also say Junmai. So, what are you getting? Best of both worlds to be honest. The nose of this sake has a bit of fruit in it. Taking a sip, you get mostly fruit, like pear and apple, followed by rice flavors and a bit of umami.

Not too strong, not too soft. This one hits all the right spots. If you can find this sake, try it!
